39mm Studios is a design and development studio in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. This page explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is short because the site does very little.
What we don’t do
There is no analytics on this site. No tracking pixels, no advertising, no third-party cookies, and no profile of you is built or sold. Typefaces are served from our own domain, so opening a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.
What you send us
If you fill in the project form, we receive what you gave us: your name, your email address, the services you picked, a rough timeline and budget, and your idea — and, only if you chose to add them, your company or website, your WhatsApp number and any notes. While you are filling it in, your answers are kept in your own browser for that tab only, so a reload does not lose them; sending the form clears them.
We use it to reply to you and to have the conversation you started. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether you are a person or a bot. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic information about your browser. It is handled under Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.
Submitted enquiries reach us as an email, delivered by Resend, and live in the studio’s inbox. Nobody outside the studio reads them.
What stays on your device
Two small things, both kept by your browser and never sent to us: whether you chose the light or dark theme, and whether the opening animation has already played in this tab. Clearing your site data removes both.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful, and then we don’t. If you would like yours deleted, or want to know what we hold, write to us and we will do it — you do not need a reason.
Asking us anything
Write to and a person will answer.
